Directions of use

Pour in one sachet of bath salts while warm water (max of 36° C) is running in to your bathtub. After the salts have completely dissolved immerse all parts of your body, close your eyes and relax for 15-20 minutes. This time could be extended gradually up to 30 minutes. Then rinse your body with lukewarm water and rest for 30 minutes. For best results repeat twice a week. For disorders such as arthritis, psoriasis, eczema and rheumatism, a higher concentration of Crystal Dead Sea Natural Mineral Bath Salts may be used.
